Honey-sweetened crispy rice treats made with peanut butter, collagen, and kefir, topped with chocolate grass and homemade soccer balls for the ultimate soccer-themed dessert.
Step 1: Prepare the Pan
2 Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Crispy Rice Mixture
4 In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and creamy.
5 Add the kefir, collagen, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well.
6 Fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
7 Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it into an even layer using a spatula.
8 Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until firm.
Step 3: Make the Chocolate Soccer Balls
10 Place a soccer ball print-out on a half-sheet baking pan or tray. Cover it with a sheet of parchment paper.
11 Transfer the melted dark chocolate to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a small corner snipped off.
12 Pipe the dark chocolate onto the black sections of each soccer ball design.
13 Freeze for 5 minutes, or until set.
14 Once hardened, fill in the remaining white sections with melted white chocolate.
15 Return to the freezer for another 5 minutes until completely firm.
Step 4: Cut the Treats
17 Remove the chilled Rice Krispie treats from the pan using the parchment paper.
18 Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 9 squares.
Step 5: Create the Soccer Field
20 Mix natural green coloring into the remaining melted white chocolate until you reach your desired shade of green.
21 Spread the green chocolate across the bottom third of each crispy rice treat.
22 Use a fork to drag the chocolate upward, creating a grass-like texture.
23 Place one chocolate soccer ball on top of the grass before the chocolate sets.
24 Allow the decorations to harden before serving.
