Halloween Snow Caps

Pour Halloween sprinkles into a shallow dish and spread into an even layer.
Melt white chocolate until smooth. You may need to stir in a little coconut oil if your chocolate is too thick.
Add small dots of melted white chocolate onto the sprinkles.
Use a toothpick to drag each dot of chocolate into a ghost shape.
Place in the freezer for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
Melt a small amount of dark chocolate.
Use a toothpick to add two eyes and a mouth to each ghost.
Allow the chocolate to set before serving or storing.
