These homemade elderberry gummies are a fun, immune-boosting treat made with elderberry syrup, grass-fed gelatin, and honey. Perfect for kids and adults, this easy elderberry gummies recipe is delicious, nourishing, and ready in under 15 minutes.
Warm the Elderberry Syrup
2 Add elderberry syrup to a small saucepan over low heat. Warm gently—do not boil, as this can destroy nutrients.
Bloom the Gelatin
4 Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the syrup and whisk until fully dissolved. Stir in honey, if using.
Pour Into Molds
6 Carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds (a dropper helps) or a parchment-lined baking dish.
Chill Until Set
8 Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
Remove & Store
10 Pop the gummies out of molds (or cut into squares if using a dish). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
