Crunch Bar Apple Pops

Slice the Apple:
1 Cut 2–3 ½-inch thick slices to the left and right of the apple stem (you want flat, wide slices that can hold a popsicle stick).
Insert Popsicle Sticks:
3 Make a small slit in the base of each slice with a knife, then insert a popsicle stick into each one.
Make the Crunch Coating:
5 Mix the melted dark chocolate with the crispy rice cereal in a bowl.
Dip & Coat:
7 Dip each apple slice into the chocolate mixture, using a spoon to help coat both sides. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
Chill & Set:
9 Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
