Cotton Candy Soft Serve Ice Cream

1 Add the farmer cheese, kefir, almond milk, honey, collagen, vanilla extract, cotton candy extract, and sea salt to a blender.
2 Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3 Divide the mixture evenly between two bowls.
4 Stir the beet powder into one bowl until evenly pink.
5 Stir the blue spirulina powder into the second bowl until evenly blue.
6 Freeze each color in separate Swirl containers for 24 hours.
7 Spin each pint on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
8 Press one color to one side so it fills half of the container and spoon the second color into the other half.
9 Attach the container to the soft serve setting and swirl into a cup or cone.
