Chocolate Covered Strawberry Yogurt Pops

Mix the Base
2 In a bowl, combine diced strawberries and yogurt. If using plain yogurt, add honey or maple syrup to sweeten.
Fill the Molds
4 Spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture into silicone ice cube molds or small popsicle molds. Insert a popsicle stick halfway into each one.
Freeze
6 Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely solid.
Dip in Chocolate
8 Carefully pop the frozen yogurt cubes out of the mold. Dip each one into melted chocolate, gently shaking off the excess. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill and Enjoy
10 Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens and the pops soften slightly. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later!
